Consultation appointment includes chatting with our founder/designer/stylist to discuss about the piece and develop your design and budget. We require that the client must schedule the consultation within 7 days.
The consultation fee is non-refundable. If we proceed together in crafting your bespoke jewelry item, the consultation fee will be applied towards the final purchase amount.
The design consultation fee is excluded from ALL sales, discounts, and promotions.
